Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the committee presided over the election of a vice-chair.

On motion of Tony Baldinelli, it was agreed, — That Kyle Seeback be elected as First Vice-Chair of the committee.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, the committee resumed its study of potential trade implications of transporting goods in railway containers.

Daniel-Robert Gooch, Doug MacDonald, Marko Dekovic and Duncan Wilson made statements and, with Debbie Murray, answered questions.

At 12:57 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
