Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 19, 2020, the committee commenced its study of the implementation of Mi’kmaq Treaty Fishing Rights to support a moderate livelihood.

Shelley Denny and Allison Bernard made statements and answered questions.

At 7:53 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 7:57 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Colin Sproul, O'neil Cloutier and Claire Canet made statements and answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $5,750.00, for the study of the implementation of Mi’kmaq Treaty Fishing Rights to support a moderate livelihood, be adopted.

At 8:55 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
