On motion of David de Burgh Graham, it was agreed, — That Bill C-385, An Act to amend the Navigation Protection Act (certain lakes and rivers in British Columbia), be designated as a non-votable item.
On motion of David de Burgh Graham, it was agreed, — That the Subcommittee present a report listing the remaining items that it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House.
At 4:11 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
