On motion of David de Burgh Graham, it was agreed, — That all items, except for Bills C-331, An Act to amend the Federal Courts Act (international promotion and protection of human rights), C-419, An Act to amend the Bank Act, the Trust and Loan Companies Act, the Insurance Companies Act and the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (credit cards), C-420, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Official Languages Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act, C-421, An Act to amend the Citizenship Act (adequate knowledge of French in Quebec), and C-266, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (increasing parole ineligibility), not be designated non-votable.
On motion of Rachel Blaney, it was agreed on division, — That Bill C-331, An Act to amend the Federal Courts Act (international promotion and protection of human rights), not be designated non-votable.
On motion of John Nater, it was agreed, — That Bill C-419, An Act to amend the Bank Act, the Trust and Loan Companies Act, the Insurance Companies Act and the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (credit cards), not be designated non-votable.
David de Burgh Graham moved, — That Bill C-420, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Official Languages Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act, not be designated non-votable.
After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on division.

On motion of David de Burgh Graham, it was agreed, — That Bill C-266, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (increasing parole ineligibility), not be designated non-votable.
On motion of David de Burgh Graham, it was agreed, — That the Subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House.
On motion of David de Burgh Graham, it was agreed, — That the Chair report the Subcommittee's findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as possible.
