It was agreed, — That, except for Bill C-352, An Act to amend the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 and to provide for the development of a national strategy (abandonment of vessels), the Subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they should be considered by the House.
David de Burgh Graham moved, — That Bill C-352 be designated as a non-votable item.
The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:

NAYS: Ruth Ellen Brosseau — 1.
It was agreed, — That the Chair report the Subcommittee's findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as possible.
