The Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met at 10:04 a.m. this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, Joe Preston, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Scott Armstrong, Nathan Cullen, Parm Gill, Alexandrine Latendresse, Tom Lukiwski, Dave MacKenzie, Costas Menegakis, Joe Preston, Scott Reid, Craig Scott and Nycole Turmel.

Acting Members present: Harold Albrecht for Costas Menegakis, Hon. Stéphane Dion for Hon. Dominic LeBlanc, Dan Harris for Nathan Cullen and Hon. Laurie Hawn for Tom Lukiwski.

Associate Members present: Kelly Block and Guy Lauzon.

Pursuant to Standing Order 32(5), the Committee resumed its study of the report of the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for Ontario 2012, referred to the Committee on Monday, February 25, 2013.

Olivia Chow, John Carmichael and Bob Rae made statements and answered questions.

At 10:44 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:48 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Barry Devolin, Erin O'Toole, Coline Carrie and Dean Del Mastro made statements and answered questions.

Pursuant to Standing Order 32(5), the Committee resumed its study of the report of the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for Saskatchewan 2012, referred to the Committee on Monday, January 28, 2013.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
