Welcome, everyone. Today we'll be dealing with clause by clause on Bill C-28.
Before we begin, I'd like to get approval from the committee to bring about some groupings, to vote on groupings. For example, from clause 2 to clause 7 there are no amendments, so we may move on that altogether, all at once, and then move to clause 8, where there is an amendment. Generally speaking, that's how we've done it in the past.
Is that okay? Is there is a consensus for that?
