The Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development has the honour to present its

In accordance with its Order of Reference of Monday, October 23, 1995, your Committee has considered Bill C-107, An Act respecting the establishment of the British Columbia Treaty Commission, and has agreed to report it without amendment.
