Determination of Non-votable Items Pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1)
Pursuant to Standing Order 91.1(1), the subcommittee considered the items placed in the order of precedence to determine whether they were non-votable according to the criteria adopted by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs.

It was agreed, — That all items placed on the order of precedence on Wednesday, February 9, Thursday, February 10, and Friday, February 11, 2022, remain votable.

It was agreed, — That the subcommittee present a report listing those items which it has determined should not be designated non-votable and recommending that they be considered by the House.

It was agreed, — That the Chair report the subcommittee's findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as possible.

At 1:16 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
