| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Tuesday, May 7, 2024, your committee has considered Bill C-64, An Act respecting pharmacare, and agreed on Monday, May 27, 2024, to report it with the following amendments: Clause 6 That Bill C-64, in Clause 6, be amended by replacing line 1 on page 4 with the following: “6 (1) The Minister must, if the Minister has entered into” Clause 7 That Bill C-64, in Clause 7, be amended by replacing line 15 on page 4 with the following: “7 The Minister must seek advice from the Canadian Drug” Clause 11 That Bill C-64, in Clause 11, be amended by adding after line 10 on page 6 the following: “(3) The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of Parliament on any of the first 20 days on which that House is sitting after the day on which the Minister receives the report.” |
