Pursuant to Standing Order 83.1, the committee resumed its pre-budget consultations in advance of the 2022 budget.

Margaret Eaton, Charles Milliard, Andrew Van Iterson, Yves Giroux and Aly Hamam made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 10,725, for the study of Inflation in the Current Canadian Economy, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 10,500, for the study of Pre-Budget Consultations in Advance of the 2022 Budget, be adopted.

At 1:03 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
