Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, the committee commenced its study of the 2023 strike at the Port of Vancouver: selected impacts, responses and port-related innovation.

Robert Dick made a statement and, with Christian Dea and Sonya Read, answered questions.

At 11:47, pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 12:07 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:38 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 12:40 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.
