It was agreed, — That the committee cancel its regular meeting on Thursday, March 25, 2021, to allow the Auditor General to hold a lock-up to provide a briefing, during their normal meeting time, on reports that will be tabled in the House shortly after 2:00 pm that day, and that the Chair of the committee chair the Auditor General’s lock-up.
It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion governing transcripts of in camera meetings adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 15, 2020, the clerk of the committee be authorized to send an electronic copy of the transcript of any in camera meeting dealing with a study that the analysts will be writing a draft report on or a meeting discussing a draft report to the analysts assigned to the Committee as a confidential document, and that these documents be destroyed by the analysts upon the end of the 2nd Session of the 43rd Parliament.
It was agreed, — That the budget in the amount of $ 97,785.00 to host the annual joint conference of the Canadian Council of Public Accounts Committees and the Canadian Council of Legislative Auditors in Ottawa in the summer of 2022, be adopted and that the Chair present the budget to the Subcommittee on Committee Budgets of the Liaison Committee at the earliest opportunity.
