The Standing Committee on
Government Operations and Estimates
On Wednesday, March 31, 2021, pursuant to the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, March 22, 2021.
That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c), the committee undertake a study of the procurement practices within Shared Services Canada (Networks, Security and Digital Services Division); and that the committee devote a minimum of three (3) meetings of three (3) hours each and that it invite Shared Services Canada officials and any other witnesses that the committee deems relevant to hear; and that the committee request to receive from Shared Services Canada the report entitled "Network Sourcing Decision Matrix Benchmark - Final Report," dated Monday, January 25, 2021, reference number 33006873, prepared and submitted by Gartner Canada; that this document be translated beforehand and that it be provided to the Clerk of the committee in both official languages, in its original, unredacted form, by Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
