Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the support for Indigenous communities, businesses, and individuals through a second wave of COVID-19.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 12:42 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:50 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That written briefs, in relation to the study of support for Indigenous communities, businesses, and individuals through a second wave of COVID-19, be accepted until Friday, November 27, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.; and that briefs be no more than 2,000 words in length.

It was agreed, — That the work plan of the study of support for Indigenous communities, businesses, and individuals through a second wave of COVID-19 be adopted.

At 1:06 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
