Pursuant to Standing Order 32(1.1), messages received from the Senate were deposited with the Clerk of the House earlier today as follows:

— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-4, An Act to implement the Agreement between Canada, the United States of America and the United Mexican States, without amendment;

— ORDONNÉ : Qu'un message soit transmis à la Chambre des communes pour l'informer que le Sénat a adopté le projet de loi C-4, Loi portant mise en œuvre de l'Accord entre le Canada, les États-Unis d'Amérique et les États-Unis mexicains, sans amendement;
— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-10, An Act for granting to Her Majesty certain sums of money for the federal public administration for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020;

— ORDONNÉ : Qu'un message soit transmis à la Chambre des communes pour l'informer que le Sénat a adopté le projet de loi C-10, Loi portant octroi à Sa Majesté de crédits pour l'administration publique fédérale pendant l'exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2020;
— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-11, An Act for granting to Her Majesty certain sums of money for the federal public administration for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021;

— ORDONNÉ : Qu'un message soit transmis à la Chambre des communes pour l'informer que le Sénat a adopté le projet de loi C-11, Loi portant octroi à Sa Majesté de crédits pour l'administration publique fédérale pendant l'exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2021;
— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-12, An Act to amend the Financial Administration Act (special warrant), without amendment.

Royal Assent Sanction Royale

A message was received informing the Commons that on March 13, 2020, at 12:14 p.m., Her Excellency the Governor General signified royal assent by written declaration to the following bills:
