Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c)(vii) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 20, 2020, the committee proceeded to a briefing on the parliamentary financial cycle.

It was agreed, — That representatives of the Treasury Board Secretariat be permitted to remain in the room.

Glenn Purves made a statement and, with Marcia Santiago, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the committee render public the document distributed by the Treasury Board Secretariat on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 10:26 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
