Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, the committee proceeded to a briefing by the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada.

Brent Parker made a statement and, with Ian Ketcheson, Terrence Hubbard and Jennifer Saxe, answered questions.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure of the Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development meet on Wednesday, February 26, 2020.

At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
