Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, the Subcommittee resumed its study on the human rights situation in Somalia.

Laetitia Bader, by videoconference from Rome, Italy, and Fowsia Abdulkadir made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That a press release be issued concerning the Subcommittee's study on the human rights situation in Somalia.

At 2:04 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
