Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, the Subcommittee proceeded to a briefing on the human rights situation of the Rohingya.

Anwar Arkani, Matthew Smith, by videoconference from Clifton, Maine, and Ahmed Ramadan made statements and answered questions.

At 2:02 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
