Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, September 24, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of Northern infrastructure projects and strategies.

Jay Grewal, by videoconference from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Darrell Beaulieu, Bruno Pereira, Sergio Marchi and Doug Tenney made statements and, with Paul Guy, by videoconference from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, answered questions.

At 5:30 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
