Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 1, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of migration challenges and opportunities for Canada in the 21st century.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion governing staff attending in camera proceedings, adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, parliamentary interns be permitted to attend the in camera meeting.

Christina Clark-Kazak made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:56 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Alex Neve made a statement and answered questions.

At 1:11 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
