Pursuant to Standing Order 107(2), the Clerk of the Subcommittee presided over the election of a Chair.

On motion of Marilyn Gladu, it was agreed, — That the Hon. Judy A. Sgro be elected Chair of the Subcommittee.

The Hon. Judy A. Sgro took the Chair.

Committee Business
It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee proceed to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 12:34 p.m., the Subcommittee proceeded to sit in camera.
