It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Interim Report: Use of Ion Mobility Spectrometers by the Correctional Service of Canada".
It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.
ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.
At 12:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 12:38 p.m., the sitting resumed.
ORDERED, — That the analysts be instructed to identify a potential witness who could speak to the effects of the removal of ion mobility spectrometers from the State of New York’s detention facilities.
