The Clerk of the Committee presided over the election of an Acting Chair.
On motion of Pam Damoff, it was agreed, — That Blaine Calkins be elected Acting Chair for this meeting.
At 11:06 a.m., Blaine Calkins took the Chair.
At 11:08 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 12:10 p.m., the sitting resumed.
At 12:10 p.m., Pierre Paul-Hus took the Chair.
On motion of Pam Damoff, it was agreed, — That the Committee do now adjourn.
At 12:11 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
