Pursuant to the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs on Thursday, February 1, 2018, the Subcommittee resumed its review of the Code of Conduct for Members of the House of Commons: Sexual Harassment.

The Subcommittee commenced consideration of a draft report.

Philippe Dufresne made a statement and, with Pierre Parent, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding normal in camera practices, Subcommittee members be allowed to share the confidential draft report with their Whips.

At 10:55 a.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
