The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report of its trip to Washington.
At 4:47 pm., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed.
At 5:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 5:10 p.m., the sitting resumed.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Canada's involvement in NATO and Canadian Armed Forces’ Operations REASSURANCE and UNIFIER in Central and Eastern Europe, the Committee travel to Brussels, Belgium, Latvia and Ukraine in the autumn of 2017; that the Committee be accompanied by the necessary staff; and that the proposed budget in the amount of $149,660.60 for the Committee's travel, be adopted.
The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report on Canadian Naval Readiness.
At 5:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
