| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 1st, 2017, your Committee has considered Bill C-37, An Act to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and to make related amendments to other Acts, and agreed on Thursday, February 9, 2017, to report it with the following amendment: |
Clause 42 |
That Bill C-37, in Clause 42, be amended |
(a) by replacing lines 10 and 11 on page 44 with the following: |
“shall include information, submitted in the form and manner determined by the Minister, regarding the intended public” |
(b) by replacing line 16 on page 44 with the following: |
“(c) the administrative structure in place to support the” |
| Your Committee has ordered a reprint of Bill C-37, as amended, as a working copy for the use of the House of Commons at the report stage. |
| A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 41) is tabled. |
