It was agreed, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $10,100.00, for the study of Bill C-29, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 22, 2016 and other measures, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the Canadian Medical Association be invited to appear in relation to the study of Bill C-29, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 22, 2016 and other measures.

Dan Albas moved, — That the Standing Committee on Finance invite the Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities to consider the subject-matter of Part 4 Division 1 of Bill C-29, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 22, 2016 and other measures, and to convey recommendations, including any suggested amendments, to the Finance Committee by the beginning of the clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-29 on Monday, November 28, 2016; and that such suggested amendments be deemed moved during the clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-29.
The question was put on the motion and it was negatived, by a show of hands: YEAS: 4; NAYS: 5.
