Pursuant to Standing Order 108(1)(a), the Committee proceeded to a briefing by the Law Clerk of the House on the power of committees to summon witnesses and contempt consideration.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, the Committee resumed its study of the International Grand Committee on big data, privacy and democracy.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of privacy of digital government services.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 5:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
