Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, June 7, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of electoral reform.

Nathan Cullen moved, — That the Committee invite the Minister of Democratic Institutions to table a summary of her public consultations with the Committee.

Debate arose thereon.

It was agreed, — That consideration of Mr. Cullen's motion be postponed until the next Committee meeting.

Lorne Bozinoff, William Schatten, William Cross and Madeleine Webb made statements and, with Sheila I. Lacroix, answered questions.

At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
