Presenting Reports from Committees

Introduction of Private Members' Bills

Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Wrzesnewskyj (Etobicoke Centre), seconded by Mr. Dhaliwal (Newton—North Delta), Bill C-394, An Act to acknowledge that persons of Croatian origin were interned in Canada during the First World War and to provide for recognition of this event, was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.


Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. André (Berthier—Maskinongé), seconded by Mr. Lévesque (Abitibi—Baie-James—Nunavik—Eeyou), Bill C-395, An Act to amend the Employment Insurance Act (labour dispute), was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.
