| No. 7 — November 28, 2009 (10:16 a.m.) — The Leader of the Government in the House of Commons — That, notwithstanding any Standing Order or usual practices of the House, a bill in the name of the Minister of Labour, entitled An Act to provide for the resumption and continuation of railway operations, shall be disposed of as follows: (a) commencing when the said bill is read a first time and concluding when the said bill is read a third time, the House shall not adjourn except pursuant to a motion proposed by a Minister of the Crown, and no Private Members’ Business shall be taken up; (b) the said bill may be read twice or thrice in one sitting; (c) after being read a second time, the said bill shall be referred to a Committee of the Whole; and (d) during consideration of the said bill, no division shall be deferred. | No 7 — 28 novembre 2009 (10 h 16) — Le leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes — Que, nonobstant tout article du Règlement ou usage habituel de la Chambre, il soit disposé de la manière suivante d'un projet de loi inscrit au nom du ministre du Travail et intitulé Loi prévoyant la reprise et le maintien des services ferroviaires : a) dès la première lecture du projet de loi et ce jusqu'à ce que le projet de loi soit lu une troisième fois, la Chambre ne s'ajournera pas, sauf en conformité d'une motion présentée par un ministre de la Couronne, et n'entreprendra pas l'étude des affaires émanant des députés; b) le projet de loi pourra être lu deux fois ou trois fois lors d'une même séance; c) après la deuxième lecture, le projet de loi sera renvoyé à un comité plénier; d) durant l'étude du projet de loi, il ne pourra y avoir vote différé. |
