M-261 — December 4, 2006 — Mr. André (Berthier—Maskinongé) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should implement a strategy to assist the furniture industry that would include the following elements: the establishment of a program to support modernization and adaptation and the development of a strategy to promote the marketing of Quebec and Canadian furniture and to support the research, design and training efforts of Quebec and the industry.
