| Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and section 343 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act - Assessment of substances and Managing substances. |

| The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business. |
