The Standing Committee on Agriculture and Agri-Food met in a televised session at 3:32 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, James Bezan, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: David Anderson, Alex Atamanenko, André Bellavance, James Bezan, Barry Devolin, Hon. Wayne Easter, Roger Gaudet, Jacques Gourde, Hon. Charles Hubbard, Larry Miller and Paul Steckle.

 

Acting Members present: Hon. Carolyn Bennett for Ken Boshcoff.

 

In attendance: Library of Parliament: Jean-Denis Fréchette, Principal.

 

Appearing: Hon. Chuck Strahl, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food.

It was agreed, — That, the time for questionning of the witnesses be no more than five minutes per member.
