Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), your Committee has adopted the following motion on Monday, March 21, 2005: “That the Committee report to the House, that it not only continues to urge the government to extend compensation to all those who contracted Hepatitis C from tainted blood, but that it call on the government to do so immediately, in recognition of the First Report of this Committee, the recommendations of the Krever Inquiry and the large surplus in the federal Hepatitis C compensation fund.” |
Conformément à l'article 108(2) du Règlement, votre Comité a adopté la motion suivante le lundi 21 mars 2005 : « Que le Comité fasse rapport à la Chambre pour lui signifier que non seulement il continue de presser le gouvernement d’étendre l’indemnisation à toutes les personnes ayant contracté l’hépatite C par transfusion de sang contaminé, mais aussi d’agir dès à présent, compte tenu du Premier rapport du Comité, des recommandations de la commission Krever et de l’important surplus du fonds fédéral d’indemnisation des victimes de l’hépatite C. » |
