MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS

Meeting No. 3

Wednesday, March 26, 2003

The Subcommittee on Private Members' Business of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs met in camera at 3:40 p.m. this day, in Room 208, West Block, the Chair, Carolyn Parrish, presiding.

Members of the Subcommittee present:  Lynn Myers, Carolyn Parrish, David Price and Chuck Strahl.

In attendance:  From the Library of Parliament:  James Robertson, Principal.

Pursuant to provisional Standing Order 91.1(1), the Subcommittee examined items that could be designated as non-votable.

 

It was agreed -- That the Chair report the Subcommittee’s findings to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs as soon as practicable.

 

At 4:20 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
