The Sub-Committee on the Status of Persons with Disabilities of the Standing Committee on Human Resources Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities met in camera at 3:35 p.m. this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Chair, Carolyn Bennett, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Carolyn Bennett, Madeleine Dalphond-Guiral, Anita Neville and Larry Spencer.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Bill Young and Kevin Kerr, Research Officers.
Witness: Individual, Rob Sutherland, Legislative Assistant to Wendy Lill, M.P.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Sub-Committee resumed its study of the current operation of the Disability Tax Credit form T2201, (See Minutes of Proceedings of Tuesday, November 27, 2001, Meeting no. 10).
The Sub-Committee proceeded to study its draft report on the current operation of the Disability Tax Credit form T2201.
At 4:30 p.m., the Sub-Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
