The Sub-Committee on Corrections and Conditional Release Act of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights met in camera at 5:35 p.m. this day, in Room 209, West Block, the Chair, Paul DeVillers, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Paul DeVillers, Jim Gouk, Ivan Grose, Peter MacKay, Lynn Myers, Jacques Saada, Pierrette Venne, Tom Wappel.
In attendance: From the Research Branch of the Library of Parliament: Philip Rosen, Senior Analyst; Lynn Casavant, Researcher.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), a statutory review of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act.
The Sub-Committee continued consideration of its draft report.
At 6:39 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
