MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS

The Standing Committee on National Defence and Veterans Affairs met in camera at 9:10 a.m. this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Acting Chair, John O'Reilly, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Robert Bertrand, Gordon Earle, Jim Hart, René Laurin, Judi Longfield, John O'Reilly, Janko Peric, David Pratt, George Proud and Bob Wood.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Wolf Koerner and Corinne McDonald, Research Officers.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed consideration of its study on Contracting and Procurement Policy.
It was agreed, That the Chair be allowed to make all the editorial changes necessary to reflect the amendments proposed to the text of the Draft Report.
It was agreed, That the Committee do request a Government Response to the Report, pursuant to Standing Order 109.
It was agreed, That the Chair be allowed to table the Report in the House, as soon as the editorial changes are incorporated to the text of the Report.
It was agreed, That the Report, as amended, be approved by the Committee.
At 10:37 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
