The Sub-Committee on Corrections and Conditional Release Act of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights met in camera at 7:10 p.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the Chair, Paul DeVillers, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Paul DeVillers, Jim Gouk, Ivan Grose, Jacques Saada and Tom Wappel.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Lynn Casavant, Researcher; Philip Rosen, Senior Analyst.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), a statutory review of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act.
The Sub-Committee resumed consideration of its draft report.
At 9:15 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
