The Standing Committee on Natural Resources and Government Operations met at 11:04 a.m. this day, in Room 269, West Block, the Chair, Brent St. Denis, presiding.
Member(s) of the Committee present: Réginald Bélair, Gilles Bernier, David Chatters, Roy Cullen, Marlene Jennings, Ghislain Lebel, Carolyn Parrish, Werner Schmidt, Brent St. Denis.
Other Member present: John Solomon.
Associate Member present: Angela Vautour.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Jack Stilborn, Research Officer.
Witnesses: From the Public Works and Government Services Canada: The Hon. Alfonso L. Gagliano, Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada; Bruce Lorimer, Director General, Architectural and Engineering Services; Michael Nurse, Assistant Deputy Minister.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), consideration of the Parliamentary Precinct renovation project.
The Hon. Alfonso Gagliano made a statement and with the other witnesses from the Public Works and Government Services Canada, answered questions.
At 12:35 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
