has the honour to present its
FOURTH REPORT
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and its Order of Reference dated October 27, 1998, that, this Committee study the upcoming crisis in farm incomes due to the world-wide collapse of commodity prices. The Committee should also review and report to the House of Commons potential solutions to the crisis.
