Meeting No. 59
Tuesday, April 13, 1999
The Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development met in camera at 9:20 a.m. this day, in Room 701, La Promenade Building, the Chair, Guy St-Julien, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Claude Bachand, John Finlay, Louise Hardy, David Iftody, Derrek Konrad, Judi Longfield, Robert D. Nault, Mike Scott, Guy St-Julien and Bryon Wilfert.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Mary Hurley and Jill Wherrett, Research Officers.
In accordance with its mandate under Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to discuss future business.
It was agreed, -That the Committee approve the working budget for the fiscal year 1999-2000 in the amount of $57, 700.00.
The Committee resumed consideration of a Draft Report.
At 11:30 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
