Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 23, 2023, the committee resumed its study of rights of victims of crime, reclassification and transfer of Federal Offenders.

Benjamin Roebuck, Tennille Chwalczuk, Laura Murray and Marcia Penner made statements and answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

On motion of Doug Shipley, it was agreed, — That the committee invite to appear Tim Danson on Monday, December 4, 2023, for one hour.

At 6:50 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
