Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Canada’s electricity grid and network.

Gilbert Bennett, Alex Simakov and Trent Vichie made statements and answered questions.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That members submit their lists of suggested witnesses in relation to the study of the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion no later than Thursday, June 13, 2024.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $32,100, for the study of the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion, be adopted.

At 5:43 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
