Pursuant to Standing Order 81(7), the committee commenced consideration of the Departmental Plan 2022-23 of Office of the Auditor General of Canada, referred to the committee on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

Pursuant to Standing Order 81(4), the committee commenced consideration of the Main Estimates 2022-23: Vote 1 under Office of the Auditor General, referred to the committee on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.


The Chair called Vote 1 under Office of the Auditor General.

Karen Hogan made a statement and, with Jerry V. Demarco, Andrew Hayes, Lissa Lamarache and Paule-Anny Pierre, answered questions.

Vote 1 under Office of the Auditor General, less the amounts voted in the interim supply, carried on division.

ORDERED, — That the Chair report Vote 1 under Office of the Auditor General, less the amounts voted in the interim supply, to the House on division.

At 12:48 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:51 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, February 3, 2022, the committee resumed consideration of Report 5, Lessons Learned from Canada's Record on Climate Change, of the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development.

The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure be established and be composed of five members, namely the Chair and one member from each recognized party; and that the subcommittee work in a spirit of collaboration.

At 1:11 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
