Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022, the committee resumed its study on diversity in procurement.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

Pursuant to Standing Order 81(5), the committee resumed consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2022-23: Vote 1b under Department of Public Works and Government Services, Vote 5b under National Capital Commission, Vote 1b under Privy Council Office, Vote 1b under Shared Services Canada, Votes 1b, 10b, 15b, 20b and 25b under Treasury Board Secretariat, referred to the committee on Thursday, November 17, 2022.

By unanimous consent, the Chair called Vote 1b under Department of Public Works and Government Services, Vote 5b under National Capital Commission, Vote 1b under Privy Council Office, Vote 1b under Shared Services Canada, Votes 1b, 10b, 15b, 20b and 25b under Treasury Board Secretariat.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in the context of the study of travel expenditures related to the Office of the Governor General's Secretary since 2014, notwithstanding the order adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 6, 2022, the deadline for the submission of the financial reports sent for by the committee pursuant to its order of Thursday, December 1st, 2022, be no later than 4:00 p.m. ET on Monday, January 16, 2023.

At 12:50 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
