Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, March 21, 2024, the committee resumed its study of Islamophobia and additional measures that could be taken to address the valid fears that are being expressed by Canada’s Muslim community.

Stephen Brown, Imran Ahmed and Samya Hasan made statements and answered questions.

At 9:22 a.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 9:29 a.m., the meeting resumed.

At 10:23 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
